milk powder ings for milkmaid 1/2 cups
Icing Sugar 1/4 cups
Warm milk 1/4 cups
Butter 12 tsp
Mil ings for kulfi 1 litre
Sugar 6 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Elaichi Powder 1 tsp
Saffron threads 1 tsp
crushed almonds 1/2 cups
Method for milkmaid
mix all the ingredients and blend it for 10 mins ur milkmaid is ready
Take one cup cold milk and keep the remaining milk for boiling.
Now add sugar kesar and elaichi powder when it is boiled put it on low flame And boil it for about 20 mins.
Now add cornflour and milk powder in one cup milk anf mix it properly see that there are no lumps
now add this to the boiling milk and boil for 5mins now add milkmaid and let it boil for sumtym or till you find the consistency have become thick.
keep it for cooling when it cools down pour it in cups cover it with foil paper freeze it. it will take atleast 4/5 hours for setting...
