Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups cold curd


  • 1/2 cups chilled full fat milk


  • 1/2 tsp rose water


  • 3-4 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom


  • 1 tbsp sliced pistachio

Directions

  • Whisk sugar and curd well until sugar is dissolved
  • Add milk, cardamom and rose water, whisk until well combined
  • Pour in serving glass, garnish with sliced pistachio and saffron. Serve cold
