all purpose flour+sugar +cocoa powder +eggs +oil+water+vanilla essence + baking powder +baking soda+salt =mix nicely
take pan which fits well into the pressure cooker u use ,rub butter/oil and pour the batter and tap slightly to get rid of air bubbles
put 3cups of crystal salt or as required at the bottom of the pressure cooker and place a plate like stand above the salt and the keep the batter filled in a pan...carefully place it and cook for 15mins in high flame and 30 min in low flame..
check the cake using a stick whether it's cooked or not..if the stick comes out without sticky then it's done and then allow it cool
remember while using cooker remove gasket and whistle(weight)
slice the cake into 3layers
prepare cherry syrup using sugar and cherry by boiling for 10 mins
pour cherry syrup on each layer and apply whipped cream,place one layer above the other and apply the remaining whipped cream all over the cake and decorate it using cherries and sprinkles of grated chocolate
freeze for 10 min and then cut into slices and serve it chilled ๐
To make whipping cream,use cold milk+icing sugar +whipping cream and blend it or use mixer grinder incase u don't have hand blender
