3 nos pan leaves
2 tbsp gulkand
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cardamom seeds
1 tsp cardamom powder
2-4 nos vanilla ice cream scoop
500 ml milk
1 tbsp rose water
2 nos ice cubes
Directions
Cut the pans and add them into the mixer; then add gulkand, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, rose water and milk and grind it well.
Then add ice cream and ice cubes and give it a half churn.
Now transfer it into a glass.
Your pan shot is ready, enjoy
