Ingredients

  • 3 nos pan leaves


  • 2 tbsp gulkand


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tsp cardamom seeds


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2-4 nos vanilla ice cream scoop


  • 500 ml milk


  • 1 tbsp rose water


  • 2 nos ice cubes

Directions

  • Cut the pans and add them into the mixer; then add gulkand, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, rose water and milk and grind it well.
  • Then add ice cream and ice cubes and give it a half churn.
  • Now transfer it into a glass.
  • Your pan shot is ready, enjoy
