  • 1 litre milk

  • 1 cups blue berry crush

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 4 tbsp milk powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp powder

  • 1/4 tsp stablizere


  • Firstly take 1 cup of cold .milk add cornflour G.M.S powder and stablizere.Mix it well and keep aside.
  • Now take a heavy bottom pan and boil 1 litre milk..when it comes to boiling lower the flame and let it boil for 5 mins.
  • Now add the cornflour milk mix it well.see that there are no lumps.boil it for few mins or till you get a bit thick consistency.Off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now add the vanilla essence and blueberry crush and mix it well.
  • Now if you want transfer the mixture into another pan and freeze it for 4_5 hours.
  • You can freeze the same pan in which you have the mixture if it fits in your freezerAfter 5 hours remove and keep out for 5_6 mins . Let it become little soft .
  • Now with the knife cut into pieces and whisk it well till your mixture becomes nice soft fluffy and double the quantity.
  • Pour the mixture in a air tight container and again freeze for 7_8 hours or till it is well set.
  • While serving scoop the icecream in a serving bowl top sum blueberry crush and serve (optional)
