Whisk all the ings mentioned above for 3_4 mins except for rose syrup
Now divide the mixture into two parts
Add rose syrup in one part and mix it well
Let the other part be white.
Now pour the rose mixture into kulfi moulds fill it half and keep in freezer to set.
When it it half set insert the icecream stick and pour the white mixture above the pink one and freeze it again till done.
