  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp citric acid
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp pineapple emulsion
  • 2 tbsp glucose powder
  • 5 nos water

Directions

  • In a grinding jar add sugar, salt, citric acid, glucose powder and pineapple emulsion, and grind it until it become fine powder.
  • Take 1 glass of chilled water with ice and add 2 tbsp of this powder and mix well.
  • Pine apple cooler is ready to beat the heat
