Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Wood Apple 1 nos

  • Clay pot water 5-6 cups

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar 6 tbsp

  • Fresh mint leaves 6 sprig

Directions

    Wash wood apple properly.

  • 02

    Break wood apple in 4 - 5 pieces.

    Put water in clay pot then drop all broken pieces in clay pot.

  • 04

    Add sugar and mix well for 2 minutes.

  • 05

    Cover clay pot with any lid and keep aside for at least for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes scoop out wood apple plup with the help of spoon very carefully.

    Now mash plup with the help of hand and take out seeds and fiber from juice.

    Now sieve thick juice through steel flour strainer/ fine muslin cloth so that we can get fine smooth juice.

    Crush mint leaves on stone grinder (silbatta) and add into juice.

    Take out 2 pinch of cardamom powder for garnishing. Add rest of powder in juice and mix very well.

    Now pour refreshing juice in serving glasses ; garnish with cardamom powder n mint leaves and just enjoy it.

    This juice keep our body cool naturally and very helpful for constipation.

    For more chilling effect you can add ice cubes as your preference.
