  • 1litre+1cup milk

  • 1 medium size muskmelon

  • 1 cup milkmaid

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 tbsp custard powder

  • 2 tbsp G.M.S powder

  • 1/4 tsp stablizere

  • 1 tsp pineapple/vanilla essence

    Firstly take 1 cup of cold milk add cornflour custard G.M.S stablizere mix it well and keep aside.

    Now take a heavy bottom pan and boil 1 litre milk when it comes to boiling liwer the flame and it boil for 4_5 mins.

    Now add the cornflour milk mix it well see that there are no lumps boil it for few mins then add milkmaid and let it boil on low flame for 4_5 mins.

    Now off the flame and let it cool completely

    Now the melon i to small pieces put ina mixer jar and grind till you get a fine paste.

    Now add this melin paste and essence to the milk mix it well and keep in freezerto set for 4_5 hours

    After 5 hours remove and keep out for 5_6 mins let it become little soft.

    Now with the knife cut into pieces and whisk it well till your mixture is soft and fluffy and double the quantity.

    Pour the mixture in a air tight container and again freeze for 6_7 hours or till it is well set.

    While serving scoop the icecream into a serving bowl and serve chilled
