Ingredients
Serves 6
Milk 500 ml
Sugar 1/4 cups
Milk Powder 1/4 cups
Cream /Malai 1/4 cups
Chopped Alomonds and Pistachio 2 tbsp
Kewra Essence 1/2 tsp
Directions
Boil milk and then reduce to 1/3rd on low heat.
Add sugar and milk powder and cook for other 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix cream / malai nicely.
Add soaked, peeled and chopped almonds and pistachio.
Add Kewra essence.
Fill in kulfi moulds and freeze for 4-5 hours or until set.
