Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 ml milk


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups milk powder


  • 1/4 cups cream /malai


  • 2 tbsp chopped alomonds and pistachio


  • 1/2 tsp kewra essence

Directions

  • Boil milk and then reduce to 1/3rd on low heat.
  • Add sugar and milk powder and cook for other 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and mix cream / malai nicely.
  • Add soaked, peeled and chopped almonds and pistachio.
  • Add Kewra essence.
  • Fill in kulfi moulds and freeze for 4-5 hours or until set.
