Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Milk 500 ml

  • Sugar 1/4 cups

  • Milk Powder 1/4 cups

  • Cream /Malai 1/4 cups

  • Chopped Alomonds and Pistachio 2 tbsp

  • Kewra Essence 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Boil milk and then reduce to 1/3rd on low heat.

  • 02

    Add sugar and milk powder and cook for other 2-3 minutes.

  • 03

    Remove from heat and mix cream / malai nicely.

  • 04

    Add soaked, peeled and chopped almonds and pistachio.

  • 05

    Add Kewra essence.

  • 06

    Fill in kulfi moulds and freeze for 4-5 hours or until set.
