Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Mango pulp of mangoes 2 nos

  • Sugar 5 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch

  • Silvered Almonds 3 nos

  • Fresh Cream 2 tbsp

  • Pudina Leaves for garnish 3 nos

  • Curd 10 tbsp

  • Chilled Water 750 ml

  • Dried Grapes for garnish 10 nos

Directions

    Mix curd and sugar in a blender

  • 02

    Blend till sugar dissolves

  • 03

    Add the water and cardamom powder

  • 04

    Blend well

  • 05

    Transfer to serving glasses

    Add cream

  • 07

    Add slivered almonds and dried grapes

  • 08

    Garnish with a Pudina leaf

  • 09

    Serve
