Ingredients

  • kala jamun puree 1 cups

  • milkmaid 1/2 cups

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • whipped cream 1 cups

  • black current crush 2 tbsp

  • mint leaves 4 nos

  • jamuns for garnish 5 nos

Directions

    Deseed jamuns

  • 02

    Ake puree of them

  • 03

    Add sugar and milkmaid

  • 04

    Beat them

  • 05

    Add whip cream and fold it in mix

  • 06

    Take an airtight container and pour icecream mix in it

  • 07

    Keep in freeze for 8 hours

  • 08

    At the time of serving garnish with mint and jamun
