Ingredients

  • 1 cups kala jamun puree


  • 1/2 cups milkmaid


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 cups whipped cream


  • 2 tbsp black current crush


  • 4 nos mint leaves


  • 5 nos jamuns for garnish

Directions

  • Deseed jamuns
  • Ake puree of them
  • Add sugar and milkmaid
  • Beat them
  • Add whip cream and fold it in mix
  • Take an airtight container and pour icecream mix in it
  • Keep in freeze for 8 hours
  • At the time of serving garnish with mint and jamun
