Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos watermelon thick round slice


  • 2-3 cups mixed fruits chopped up (i used peach, banana,plum,apple,pear,cantaloupe,green grapes,red grapes and apricots )


  • 1/2 cups pitted dates


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream


  • 2 tbsp almonds chopped


  • 2 tbsp pistachios slivered

Directions

  • Arrange the watermelon slice as the base.
  • Spread fresh cream on it generously.
  • Top it up with chopped fruits and pitted dates.
  • Followed by dry fruits.
  • Serve it chilled.
  • Do not forget to garnish with some more of fresh cream before serving.
