Ingredients
Serves 4
Watermelon thick round slice 1 nos
Mixed fruits chopped up (I used peach, banana,plum,apple,pear,cantaloupe,green grapes,red grapes and apricots ) 2-3 cups
Pitted dates 1/2 cups
Fresh cream 1/2 cups
Almonds chopped 2 tbsp
Pistachios slivered 2 tbsp
Directions
Arrange the watermelon slice as the base.
Spread fresh cream on it generously.
Top it up with chopped fruits and pitted dates.
Followed by dry fruits.
Serve it chilled.
Do not forget to garnish with some more of fresh cream before serving.
