  • Watermelon thick round slice 1 nos

  • Mixed fruits chopped up (I used peach, banana,plum,apple,pear,cantaloupe,green grapes,red grapes and apricots ) 2-3 cups

  • Pitted dates 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • Almonds chopped 2 tbsp

  • Pistachios slivered 2 tbsp

    Arrange the watermelon slice as the base.

    Spread fresh cream on it generously.

    Top it up with chopped fruits and pitted dates.

    Followed by dry fruits.

    Serve it chilled.

    Do not forget to garnish with some more of fresh cream before serving.
