  • chilled fresh yoghurt 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 4 tbsp

  • Fresh strawberries 1 cups

    Blitz all of the ingredients until well blended.

    Add some ice cubes too if desired. However it is optional.

    Serve in tall glasses topped with some chopped strawberries.

    Strawberries and yoghurt combo, this is the fusion version of the original Laban recipe from the Middle East. Addition of strawberries make it a super healthy drink. In addition to phytophenols and anti oxidants, these are loaded with vitamins,nutrients and minerals which include Vitamin C, Manganese, Magnesium,Potassium and dietary fibres.
