  • 1 1/2 cups chilled fresh yoghurt

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cups fresh strawberries


  • Blitz all of the ingredients until well blended.
  • Add some ice cubes too if desired. However it is optional.
  • Serve in tall glasses topped with some chopped strawberries.
  • Strawberries and yoghurt combo, this is the fusion version of the original Laban recipe from the Middle East. Addition of strawberries make it a super healthy drink. In addition to phytophenols and anti oxidants, these are loaded with vitamins,nutrients and minerals which include Vitamin C, Manganese, Magnesium,Potassium and dietary fibres.
