  • banana sliced 1 nos

  • apple chopped 1 nos

  • oats 1 tbsp

  • chilled milk 1 cups

Directions

    Cut up your banana into slices and apples into chunks at first.

    In a blender, add in the fruits along with oats and milk.

    Blend till smooth.

    Serve it super chilled.
