  • 1 nos banana sliced


  • 1 nos apple chopped


  • 1 tbsp oats


  • 1 cups chilled milk

Directions

  • Cut up your banana into slices and apples into chunks at first.
  • In a blender, add in the fruits along with oats and milk.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Serve it super chilled.
