Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos green apples


  • 3 cups chilled milk


  • 6-7 nos almonds


  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

  • Soak almonds in warm water for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, peel the skin and chop into pieces.
  • Wash and scrub the apples thoroughly to remove the wax.
  • Core the apples and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Add the chilled milk, chopped almonds and apples to a blender along with the chocolate chips.
  • Blend until nice and frothy.
  • Serve right away.
  • Do not peel the skin of the apples because lot of nutrients lie just beneath the skin.
  • Chocolate and apples, sounds great right? Well it does !!! Instead of red apples, i used green apples that are less tangy and sour. Otherwise red apples will also work great. Instant energy drink that will be liked by everyone. All the varieties of apples have great health benefits, but the green ones in particular have higher vitamins, protiens, minerals and fibre.
