Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos tamarind


  • 1/2 cups jeggary or sugar


  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp balck salt


  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies


  • 4 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Wash tamarind or imli and soak in sufficient water for 10-15 minutes
  • Now mash soaked tamarind and add 1-2 glasses of water to it
  • Strain this mixture through a strainer
  • Add jeggary, roasted jeera powder , black salt, Chopped chillies and chopped coriander
  • Mix well everything and refrigerate
  • Serve chilled and beat the heat with tasty tempting 😋 delicious Sherbat
