Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Tamarind 2 nos

  • Jeggary or Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp

  • Balck salt 1/2 tsp

  • chopped green chillies 2 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander leaves 4 tsp

Directions

    Wash tamarind or imli and soak in sufficient water for 10-15 minutes

  • 02

    Now mash soaked tamarind and add 1-2 glasses of water to it

  • 03

    Strain this mixture through a strainer

  • 04

    Add jeggary, roasted jeera powder , black salt, Chopped chillies and chopped coriander

  • 05

    Mix well everything and refrigerate

    Serve chilled and beat the heat with tasty tempting 😋 delicious Sherbat
