Take boiled milk and little sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour this into popsicle mould and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
Take strawberry and sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour this over the set strawberry popsicle and set this in freezer overnight.
Now run the mould in water and unmould it and serve.
