Crush cumin seeds, garlic cloves and green chilli together.
Mix water and ragi flour and add salt, Asafetida powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and above crushed ingredients to it. Stir to dissolve it completely till no lumps remain
Cook it well on a low flame for 5 mins and keep stirring it continuously so that no lumps remain.
Keep that mixture for cooling.
After it cools down, add Butter milk to it and mix it well and serve.
