Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 3 tbsp roasted black chickpea flour


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tsp sugar (if required)


  • 1/2 nos green /red chilli (finely chopped)


  • 4-5 nos crushed mint leaves


  • 2-3 nos ice cubes


  • 200 ml chilled water

Directions

  • First, add some cold water in roasted black chickpea flour and stir until all lumps dissolve completely.
  • Now add black salt, roasted cumin powder, crushed mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar (if required), finely chopped chilli to the above mixture.
  • Then add remaining chilled water to it.
  • Stir it properly and serve it in a glass with ice cubes.
