Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 300 gms chopped dragon fruit


  • 750 ml water


  • 110 gms sugar


  • 10 gms agar agar


  • 2 tbsp licchi crush


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 cups crushed ice

Directions

  • Mash dragon fruit
  • Heat water and add sudar and agaragar
  • Stear till dissolved in water
  • Add maah fruit in it
  • Let it cool setbit in mould and keep in fridge to set
  • Add lichhi crush salt ice and black salt in a bowl
  • Add little water
  • De mould jelly
  • Take bowl add licchi crush
  • Add jelly in it
  • Garnish with mint and serve
