chopped dragon fruit 300 gms
water 750 ml
sugar 110 gms
agar agar 10 gms
licchi crush 2 tbsp
black salt 1/2 tsp
crushed ice 1 cups
Directions
Mash dragon fruit
Heat water and add sudar and agaragar
Stear till dissolved in water
Add maah fruit in it
Let it cool setbit in mould and keep in fridge to set
Add lichhi crush salt ice and black salt in a bowl
Add little water
De mould jelly
Take bowl add licchi crush
Add jelly in it
Garnish with mint and serve
