  • Curd 1 cups

  • Cold Milk 1 cups

  • Crushed Ice 1 cups

  • Almonds 7-8 nos

  • Cardamom 2 nos

  • Rose Water 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Malai or Cream 2 tsp

Directions

    Add curd ,sugar and ice in a bowl

    Whisk them Finley

  • 03

    Add milk and rose Water

  • 04

    Make paste of almonds

  • 05

    Add in lassi

  • 06

    Add cardmon powder

  • 07

    Pour in serving glass

  • 08

    Top with malai

  • 09

    Garnish with choped almonds
