  • Watermelon chopped and deseeded 2 cups

  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp

  • Fresh Cream 1 cups

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Agar Agar Powder(or strands) 1 1/2 tbsp

  • For the Garnish:Silvered Almonds 3 tbsp

  • Water Melon Small Pieces 1/2 cups

    Heat milk and cream on medium flame with the agar agar strands until dissolved completely.

    Next add the watermelon chunks to the blender along with the sugar.

    Blitz everything well. Sugar can be adjusted according to one's own choice.

    Add the hot milk to the watermelon puree and mix well and allow to cool a bit.

    After cooling down a little, transfer it to a glass dish and set it in the refrigerator for nearly 2 to 3 hours.

    Serve it chilled garnished with almonds and watermelon pieces.
