First break wood apple in 2 - 3 pieces and take out plup very carefully with the help of spoon.
Take a big size deep bowl and keep plup in it then add water.
Now mash plup with hand and take out all seeds otherwise it will taste bitter.
Keep few grapes and melon balls for garnish.
Now put wood apple plup, curd, cottage cheese, banana pieces, grapes, jeggery, and grind for a minute on low to medium speed.
Now it's time to add flavor in smoothie. Add tulsi leaves, mint leaves, black pepper powder and blend on high speed for another one minute.
Pour this yummilicious smoothie in glass. Garnish with black pepper powder, melon balls, grapes and mint leaves then serve it.
