Soak oats in water overnight.
Use little extra water for a thinner milk. Do not use too much of it.
Next day, use a stick blender or a blender to whiz the ingredients thoroughly for about 2 minutes.
Use a clean muslin cloth or a sieve to strain it.
Transfer it to a clean glass pitcher or a jar.
Store in the refrigerator well covered and use for more than a week.

Can be flavoured with some cinnamon or vanilla. It can be had on it's own or can be used in soups, overnight oatmeal, curries and also perfect for smoothies etc.
