Low Fat Milk 1/4 cups
venilla fat free frozen yogart 1 - 1/2 cups
sliced banana( 1 large banana) 1 cups
oreo cookis or other choclate sandwich cookis crumbled 10 nos
chocolete 1 nos
chocolet stick 1 nos
crushed ice 1/2 cups
Directions
Place the milk, yogart banana, in a blender and mix on low speed until just blanded.
Add the cookis, crushed ice nd mix just to bland.
Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by intresting an oreo cookie, chocolate, nd chocolate stick upright in each smoothie.
