Ingredients

1/4 cups low fat milk
1 - 1/2 cups venilla fat free frozen yogart
1 cups sliced banana( 1 large banana)
10 nos oreo cookis or other choclate sandwich cookis crumbled
1 nos chocolete
1 nos chocolet stick
1/2 cups crushed ice
Directions
Place the milk, yogart banana, in a blender and mix on low speed until just blanded.
Add the cookis, crushed ice nd mix just to bland.
Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by intresting an oreo cookie, chocolate, nd chocolate stick upright in each smoothie.
