Ingredients

  • 25 gms tamarind


  • 1 tbsp caster sugar


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder


  • 400 ml water


  • 4-5 nos mint leaves

Directions

  • soak tamarind in 100ml lukewarm water for 30 minutes
  • after 30 minutes mix well tamarind with water by finger
  • strain tamarind Pulp and water mix through the sieve
  • take strained liquid in a mixing bowl. Add caster sugar, cardamom powder, black salt and stir well.
  • take 4 tbsp tamarind concentration liquid mix in salted rimmed Garnished serving glass add chilled water in it. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
