tamarind 25 gms
caster sugar 1 tbsp
black salt 1/4 tsp
cardamom powder 1/8 tsp
water 400 ml
mint leaves 4-5 nos
soak tamarind in 100ml lukewarm water for 30 minutes
after 30 minutes mix well tamarind with water by finger
strain tamarind Pulp and water mix through the sieve
take strained liquid in a mixing bowl. Add caster sugar, cardamom powder, black salt and stir well.
take 4 tbsp tamarind concentration liquid mix in salted rimmed Garnished serving glass add chilled water in it. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
