  • 2 nos banana


  • 1 cups milk ,chilled


  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder


  • 2 tsp chia seed

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar, peel bananas and add into jar, then add chilled milk ,cinnamon powder and chia seed then blend it.
  • Serve into glass and garnish with cinnamon powder and chia seeds.
  • Serve chilled
