  • 1 litre fully fat milk

  • 1/4 cups milk powder

  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • 4 nos cardamom crushed

  • 1 cups freshly grated coconut

  • 1/4 cups water


  • Boil milk in heavy bottom pan,add sugar and cardamom to it.
  • Let it reduce to 1/2 of it's volume.Let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl add freshly grated coconut and water and mash and squeeze with help of your fingers. This process will help you to get coconut milk and add divine flavour to your kulfi
  • Once the mixture Cools down,add the grated coconut mixture to it and mix it.
  • Now transfer the whole mixture to kulfi moulds/to your desired mould, keep it freezer till sets.
  • Once set unmould the kulfi, by rolling the mould between your palms and strain your before it melts down
