Add lime juice to apples and toss well
Add cinnamon and nutmeg, mix well
Boil apple mixture in 1/4 cup water with powdered sugar
Meanwhile make corn slurry with 4 tsp water
Add the slurry to apples, cover and cook until apple softens
Allow apples mixture to cool
Meanwhile make soft or stiff peaks with cream and icing sugar
Add vanilla extract and condensed milk, blend well
Add the apple stuffing to the crean and mix well
Pour the icecream in cold airtight container. Freeze for 6-7 hours
Break cracker or biscuits to crumbs. Scoop icecream in serving bowl. Sprinkle crumbs and serve cold. Cracker crumbs will give the taste of proper apple pie
