  • Sugar 2 cups

  • Water 1 1/2 cups

  • Pink Food Colour 1/2 tsp

  • Rose Essence 1 tsp

  • Cold Milk 2 cups

    Heat sugar and water in a saucepan, stir until sugar dissolves

  • 02

    Bring to boil and allow to boil for 4-5 minutes. Once it starts thickening, add food colour. Mix well

    Switch off and add rose essence. Mix well

  • 04

    Allow to cool completely, Refrigerate syrup in airtight container. The syrup can be refrigerated for a month

    Add 4-5 tbsp rose syrup to cold milk. you can always increase or decrease the rose syrup quantity as per taste. stir well and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. serve cold. optionally you can add ice cubes and serve immediately
