Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cups mango


  • 1/2 cups nannari sarbath


  • 1/2 nos lemon


  • 1 nos medium piece ginger


  • 1 tbsp sabja seeds(soaked for 5-10 mins)


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • In a blender, add the mango, ginger, and blend very well adding 1.5 cups of water little by little in between.
  • Pour the blended juice to a vessel. Add the nannari sarbath, squeezed lemon, and the remaining 1/2 cup of water, and mix very well to get a pouring consistency.
  • While serving, add the ice cubes to a glass, pour the prepared Sarbath, and then add Sabja seeds. Serve chilled!! Done!!
