Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 litre water

  • 3 hibiscus flowers

  • 4-5 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp ginger juice

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Ice cubes 1 handful

  • 2-3 mint leaves

Description

    In a pan add water and brinf it to boil, add hibiscus flower and stir till you get red colour water

  • 02

    Add sugar and let it dissolve

  • 03

    Strain water in a pitcher and add lemon juice abd ginger juice

  • 04

    Add ice cubes and mint leaves.

  • 05

    Serve chilled
