  • 1 big apple peeled cored and chopped

  • 1 tsp powdered almonds

  • 1-2 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 cup cold milk

  • 1/3 cup cold yogurt

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnish

    Blend all ingredients except cinnamon well until smooth

    Pour smoothie in cold glass, top with cinnamon and serve immediately
