Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms sabudana


  • 100 gms cottage cheese


  • 2 nos ripe banana


  • 1 cups grated coconut


  • 100 gms misri


  • 7/8 nos kaju


  • 13/14 nos kismis


  • 5/6 nos cherry

Directions

  • Soak sabudana for 2 hours
  • Soak misri also in half cup water
  • Then rinse the sabudana & add to mixture jar strain the misri water to the sabudana mixture
  • Then add grated coconuts banana and cottage cheese into the mixture jar blend for 2 miniutes
  • Then pour the mixture to a bowl squeeze Lemmon juice to the sabudana mixture & mix it well
  • Pour into glasses & decorate with kaju kismis & cherry
  • Add some crushed ice cubes & serve
