  • 2 nos peaches


  • 1/4 cups dates


  • 3/4 cups boiled milk


  • 3-4 nos almonds or cashews soaked about

Directions

  • Boil milk and soak the de seeded dates in this for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Chop the peaches to small pieces.
  • Remove the peel of the almonds and add all these to the blender
  • Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  • Serve this chilled to your loved ones and friends alike.
