  • To make Rose cream : Fresh Cream 4 Table Spoon


  • Rose Syrup 4 Table Spoon


  • To make Rose topping : Water 1/4 cup


  • Corn Flour 2 Table Spoon


  • Rose syrup 2 tsp


  • Chopped pistachios 10

Directions

  • Add 1/2 liter/ 500 ml milk and cornflour in a non stick pan and mix.
  • Now put on the flame and stir continuously, then add sugar and keep the flame. on low.
  • Add rose water and stir until the milk is thickened.
  • Take it out in a bowl Mix rose syrup with fresh cream in a bowl
  • Now mix half of the milk pudding made earlier, with rose cream
  • In this way, the pudding will have two parts, one white one pink.
  • Take a cold water and add corn flour to it. Put the rose syrup in it and transfer it to the pan.
  • keep stirring it till it thickens. Remove from the flame and let it cool down.
  • Now fill it in the piping bag
  • Take a glass and put some chopped pistachios in the bottom
  • Now add 2 spoons of pink cream on it. Put white pudding over pink cream
  • Now cut the corner of the piping bag and make the desired design for topping.
  • Decorate it with sliced ​​pistachios and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Remove and serve cold
  • my tip : Cornflour should always be diluted with cold / room temperature milk or water.
