Add 1/2 liter/ 500 ml milk and cornflour in a non stick pan and mix.
Now put on the flame and stir continuously, then add sugar and keep the flame. on low.
Add rose water and stir until the milk is thickened.
Take it out in a bowl
Mix rose syrup with fresh cream in a bowl
Now mix half of the milk pudding made earlier, with rose cream
In this way, the pudding will have two parts, one white one pink.
Take a cold water and add corn flour to it.
Put the rose syrup in it and transfer it to the pan.
keep stirring it till it thickens.
Remove from the flame and let it cool down.
Now fill it in the piping bag
Take a glass and put some chopped pistachios in the bottom
Now add 2 spoons of pink cream on it.
Put white pudding over pink cream
Now cut the corner of the piping bag and make the desired design for topping.
Decorate it with sliced pistachios and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove and serve cold
my tip : Cornflour should always be diluted with cold / room temperature milk or water.
