Chopped beetroot & carrot
Coarsely grind the gooseberry.
Take an earthen bowl ,put all ingredients with water.
Cover the bowl with a cotton wet cloth.
Keep the bowl in direct sunlight for at least 3 to 4 days for fermentation.
After that open the cloth from the bowl & serve it chilled.
It can be stored in fridge for 3 to 4 days more.
