Ingredients

  • 1 nos beetroot


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 4 nos indian gooseberry


  • 3 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp crushed mustard powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 3 litre water


  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions

  • Chopped beetroot & carrot
  • Coarsely grind the gooseberry.
  • Take an earthen bowl ,put all ingredients with water.
  • Cover the bowl with a cotton wet cloth.
  • Keep the bowl in direct sunlight for at least 3 to 4 days for fermentation.
  • After that open the cloth from the bowl & serve it chilled.
  • It can be stored in fridge for 3 to 4 days more.
