Ingredients

seedless diced water melon(chilled) 1 cups
seedless diced cantaloupe(chilled) 1 cups
diced red onion 1/4 cups
diced english cucumber(chilled) 1/4 cups
diced capsicum 1/4 nos
fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 nos
Few mint leaves 4 nos
grated ginger (add in to the lemon juice) 1/2 tsp
chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
Black salt to taste 1/4 tsp
honey 1 tsp
Directions
Add melons, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves,mint leaves into a mixing bowl and mix everything.
Then add capsicum to it(as it retains the crunchiness, if added at the end)
Now time for dressingAdd lemon juice infused with grated ginger(grated ginger to lemon juice and set aside at the beginning), black salt and honey and mix it.
Serve chill(Make ahead: Up to 1 day, covered and chilled and do the dressing before serving)
