Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp amchur


  • 1 tsp saunf powder


  • 2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp cinammon powder


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 2 nos wedges of raw mango


  • 1/2 cups seedless tamarind soaked in water


  • 1/2 cups mint leaves


  • 3-4 nos garlic cloves


  • 2-3 dash drop of lemon (optional)

Directions

  • Take cinammon, pepper powder and amchur powder in a cup and mix the spices well.
  • Take green chillies, garlic, mint and rawMango in grinder and grind to smooth paste. Drain the juice into a container
  • Take tamarind and squeeze it with both hands to remove juices.
  • Add 2 tsp juice in the glass container and mix well.
  • Add all the spices and stirr. Add some ice cubes and. Serve chilled
  • It is best summer drink . Good for digestion and tamaring have cooling properties. If you like sweet and sour taste you can add some jaggery and few drop of lemon juice.
