In a bowl add powder sugar, well soft cooked rice and mix well.
Add little milk and beat till creamy and refrigerate for 10 mins.
In a bowl add sabja seeds and cold water and mix well and set it aside for 15 mins. The seeds would have bloomed by now.
Now take a tall glass add a layer of bloomed sabja seeds,
Next layer with cut mango piece.Next add rice sugar mixture
At last add a scoop of ice cream and top it with a cherry and serve chill.
