Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups well cooked rice


  • 2 tbsp sabja seeds


  • 1/2 cups cold water


  • 1 cups boiled milk


  • 1 cups ripen mango pieces


  • 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream


  • 1/4 cups powder sugar


  • 3 nos cherry

Directions

  • In a bowl add powder sugar, well soft cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add little milk and beat till creamy and refrigerate for 10 mins.
  • In a bowl add sabja seeds and cold water and mix well and set it aside for 15 mins. The seeds would have bloomed by now.
  • Now take a tall glass add a layer of bloomed sabja seeds,
  • Next layer with cut mango piece.Next add rice sugar mixture
  • At last add a scoop of ice cream and top it with a cherry and serve chill.
