Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups ragi flour


  • 5 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups buttermilk

Directions

  • In a bowl take water and ragi and mix it well. Make sure there is no lumps.
  • Now keep this vessel on stop top and cook well for 15 minutes. Make sure to mix well without taking out the hand.
  • Once the ragi is cooked well add a glass of water and close the vessel. Allow it to ferment overnight.
  • Next day morning add a cup of buttermilk and salt mix well and serve.
