Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2-3 tbsp bru instant coffee


  • 3/4 litre milk


  • 2-3 tbsp almonds and walnuts finely grated


  • 4-5 tbsp fresh cream


  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar


  • 3 drop rose water


  • 2-3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Directions

  • Boil milk and simmer on low flame until it reduces to half it's quantity.
  • After done, add the instant coffee powder.
  • Mix well and allow it to cool.
  • After it has come to room temperature, mix in the cream, sugar and the nuts.
  • Fill in the kulfi moulds and freeze for almost 5-6 hours.
  • Serve them chilled with some grated nuts on top and chocolate sprinkles
  • An amazingly refreshing dessert that you will probably fall head over heels in love with. These stunning coffee kulfis are too tempting that one can't stop just at one.
