  • lemon juice 60 ml

  • sugar 100 grams

  • water 50 ml

  • lemon zest - 1/2 teaspoon

  • mint leaves 3-4 for garnishing


  • 01

    mix sugar and water in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until sugar dissolve. turn off gas. let it cool on room temperature

    Add lemon juice and some lemon zest in prepared sugar syrup. stir well. Pour this liquid into airtight plastic container and put it in a freezer

  • 03

    Take out container from freezer after one hour. Churn and put it again in a container and freeze it for another 1 hour repeat this procedure another 2 times and interval of 30 minutes

    Now soften lemon sorbet is ready to serve. just scoop out in the plate and garnish with fresh mint leaves and grated lemon zest
