  • lemon juice 60 ml

  • sugar 100 grams

  • water 50 ml

  • lemon zest - 1/2 teaspoon

  • mint leaves 3-4 for garnishing


  • mix sugar and water in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until sugar dissolve. turn off gas. let it cool on room temperature
  • Add lemon juice and some lemon zest in prepared sugar syrup. stir well. Pour this liquid into airtight plastic container and put it in a freezer
  • Take out container from freezer after one hour. Churn and put it again in a container and freeze it for another 1 hour repeat this procedure another 2 times and interval of 30 minutes
  • Now soften lemon sorbet is ready to serve. just scoop out in the plate and garnish with fresh mint leaves and grated lemon zest
