  • 3/4 cups boiled milk

  • 1 nos red banana

  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds

  • 1.5 tsp flaxseed powder

  • 1 tsp honey(optional)


  • Soak the sesame seeds in little water for 5-10 mins. Drain and set aside.
  • In a blender, add the soaked sesame seeds, red banana, flaxseed powder, and 1/4 cup milk, and blend well till the sesame seeds are ground.
  • Add the blended mix to the remaining milk, and mix well with a spoon. Add honey only if required since the sweetness of red banana is more than enough. Enjjoy!!
