Soak the sesame seeds in little water for 5-10 mins. Drain and set aside.
In a blender, add the soaked sesame seeds, red banana, flaxseed powder, and 1/4 cup milk, and blend well till the sesame seeds are ground.
Add the blended mix to the remaining milk, and mix well with a spoon. Add honey only if required since the sweetness of red banana is more than enough. Enjjoy!!
