1 nos beetroot
1 nos carrot
3 tbsp sugar/ honey
3 tbsp ice cubes
500 ml water
Directions
First, peel Carrot and Beetroot. Then, cut into cubes
In a pan add carrot and beetroot pieces along with one glass of water and boil well
Take a blender and add boiled veggies with other ingredients
Make it smooth.
Serve it in a glass and top with slice of beetroot and mint leaves
