Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice cubes


  • 1 cups kokum syrup


  • 1/2 cups pomegranate juice


  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder (jeera) – freshly roasted and powdered/or use jaljeera powder


  • 1 tsp black salt (kala namak)


  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)


  • 4 nos mint for garnishing

Directions

  • In A Blender Add The Syrup,Juice,Ice Cubes And Seasoning.Blend Till The Ice Is Crushed To Minute Crystals.
  • Pour The Slush Into Individual Serving Glasses And Freeze Till Serving Time.
  • Serve Garnished With A Mint Leaf!
