Wash mangoes properly by keeping it in water 5 minutes
Sqeeze mangoes properly and remove all the juice in a bowl. Scrap of excess pulp from the seeds and put the cover and seeds in water
Add sugar and salt in mango pulp and stirr or blend it properly with handblender
Remove the seeds and cover from water and add this water into the pulp. Blend it again and keep in fridge.
Serve chilled and with sargunde or rice noodles 🍋
