Ingredients

  • ripe mangoes 4


  • sugar 2 cups


  • salt 1 1/2 tsp


  • water 1 cups

Directions

  • Wash mangoes properly by keeping it in water 5 minutes
  • Sqeeze mangoes properly and remove all the juice in a bowl. Scrap of excess pulp from the seeds and put the cover and seeds in water
  • Add sugar and salt in mango pulp and stirr or blend it properly with handblender
  • Remove the seeds and cover from water and add this water into the pulp. Blend it again and keep in fridge.
  • Serve chilled and with sargunde or rice noodles 🍋
