Wash the PearlMillet and soak for 2 hours.Drain the water completely using strainer.
Leave the Pearl Millet in strainer for 30 minutes. Absorb the water using paper towel or spread the pearl Millet in cloth to dry completely.
Grind the pearl millet in mixer or blender make into coarse powder.
keep the coarse powder aside.
Now heat a pressure cooker add water 4.5 cups let it boil.
Add Salt 1 Tbsp when water started to rolling boil add coarsely powdered pearlmillet .
Mix throughly lock the pressure cooker, cook for 3 whistles.
Switch off the flame and open the lid once pressure comes down completely.Mix the cooked pearl millet and mix well.
Let it cool completely and make a Small balls of cooked pearl Millet, Transfer into container then add 2 cups of water .Keep aside for overnight or atleast 8 hours .
Next morning take a small pearl Millet ball in a bowl. Add pearl Millet soaked water 1/2 cup mix well .
Add yogurt and mash well . Add chopped onions,cucumber,curry leaves ,coriander leaves and RawMango .Mix well
Add water according to your drink consistency.
Pearl Millet Drink /Bajra Drink/Kambu Koozh Ready.This is Drink during summer to beat the heat.
You can store the remaining pearl Millet balls in refrigerator upto 3 days and use as required.
